Copyable Terms of Service

These terms cover the Copyable Chrome extension, this website and Copyable Pro. By installing Copyable or buying Pro, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Copyable.

Using Copyable

Copyable is licensed to you, not sold. You may install and use it for personal or work purposes through the Chrome Web Store. You may not copy, modify, resell, redistribute or reverse engineer it, or try to get around its paywall.

Your responsibility for what you copy

Copyable helps you select and copy content that is already on your screen. It does not give you any rights to that content. You are responsible for how you use what you copy, including respecting copyright, the terms of the sites you visit and the law where you live.

Copyable Pro

• Pro is a one-time purchase for unlimited text captures. The price is shown at checkout and may include tax.
• Pro is sold by Polar.sh, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, receipts and taxes under its own terms.
• Your purchase includes a license key. One key can be active in up to 3 browsers at the same time. You can move it by removing it from a browser you no longer use.
• The key is for you. Do not share, publish or resell it. Keys that are shared publicly, refunded or charged back may be disabled.
• Pro keeps working offline for up to 14 days at a time. After that, Copyable needs to reach Polar.sh once to confirm the key.

Refunds

If Pro is not right for you, email support@procd.cc within 14 days of your purchase from the address you used at checkout, and you will get a full refund, no questions asked. The license key is disabled once the refund is issued.

Free features and changes

Unlocking right click and copy is free. The free allowance of text captures and the price of Pro may change for future purchases. A Pro key you have already bought keeps working for the life of the product.

Copyable may be updated over time. Features can change or be removed, especially when Chrome changes what extensions are allowed to do.

No warranty

Copyable is provided as is. Text recognition is not perfect, and some sites and pages cannot be unlocked or read. Check anything important before you rely on it.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Copyable and its developer are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Copyable. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Pro.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use Copyable after a change means you accept the updated terms.
